The British movie star, 38, and actress Sienna, 29, became engaged in 2004, before going their separate ways in 2006 and then rekindling their romance in 2009. The pair had been happily dating ever since, although it has now emerged that their relationship has run its course.
It has been stressed that the rupture is entirely amicable, with both stars hoping to remain pals.
"I can confirm that Jude Law and Sienna Miller are no longer in a relationship," asserted a representative for Jude.
According to those close to the celebrities, the pair simply felt their relationship wasn�t going anywhere. It is believed the former couple decided to split a while ago.
"It is mutual and amicable and they are still friends," a friend of the pair told People.
"It was an entirely and end-of-the relationship decision. It had run its course."
